| Our home call out service has been setup to work around you. With our team of experts, it is our commitment to resolve your computer relayed problem as quick as we can and with less disruption as possible to your day. If the work will take a long time (e.g. reinstalling windows can take a few hours to complete including updates and installing your software again) we will give you the option of us to take the computer away to be done thus saving you money. We will also do call outs in evening and weekends. (Evening and Weekend call out must be arranged within normal working hours. Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm). |

Collect & Return

| Collect and Return is a service that we offer as standard. One of our engineers can come to your home collect your computer and return it when the work is completed. We will book a time for collection and return that's best for you and our engineer will not leave until you have looked at the work and are happy with the results. |
